Thinnex reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms, contain false information, or are used for fraudulent purposes.
Thinnex offers monthly and quarterly (90-day) subscription plans. By enrolling in a plan, you authorize us to charge your payment method at the applicable rate for each billing cycle.
Monthly subscriptions automatically renew each month unless cancelled prior to the renewal date. Quarterly plans automatically renew every 90 days unless cancelled in advance.

Thinnex reserves the right to modify subscription pricing with reasonable advance notice. Continued use of the Services after a price change constitutes your acceptance of the new pricing.

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, THINNEX AND ITS OFFICERS, DIRECTORS, EMPLOYEES, AGENTS, AND AFFILIATES SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES ARISING OUT OF OR RELATED TO YOUR USE OF THE SERVICES, EVEN IF ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES.
OUR TOTAL LIABILITY TO YOU FOR ANY CLAIMS ARISING FROM THE USE OF THE SERVICES SHALL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU PAID TO THINNEX IN THE THREE MONTHS PRECEDING THE CLAIM.

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Thinnex, LLC and its officers, directors, employees, agents, and affiliates from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, judgments, awards, losses, costs, expenses, or fees (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising out of or relating to:
